After more than 25 years working in international marketing, communication, events, executive briefings and experience centres, I saw the same challenge again and again.
Companies were investing in experiences and experiential marketing, but few had a clear strategy, structure and story behind them. Teams worked incredibly hard on events and programmes, but without a clear overall framework or long-term plan, a lot of value was lost.

I started 6foot4 to help organisations step back and look at the bigger picture.
I am 6 foot 4. Being tall gives you perspective. But perspective is also a way of working. Stepping back, seeing patterns, connections and structure, and understanding how strategy, brand, experiences and teams should work together.

Where I work
I am based in the Netherlands and work internationally. I support organisations across the Netherlands, the UK and Europe, as well as the US, through a combination of remote collaboration, workshops and on-site work.
I am very familiar with remote working and international collaboration, and I am available to travel and work on-site when needed for key project phases and workshops.
Interim and project based roles
I am available for interim and project-based roles where organisations need temporary senior leadership, program direction or support during periods of change, growth or transformation. In these roles, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership.
